At Drywall Edmonton, LTD, we’ve been working in people’s homes for over 25 years. That means we’ve worked for — and alongside — just about every kind of person you can imagine. Different backgrounds, different beliefs, different circumstances. And in all that time, one thing hasn’t changed: everyone gets the same honest work, the same fair price, and the same level of respect.

That’s not a policy we adopted because we had to. It’s just how we’ve always operated.

Equal Service for All

Every homeowner we serve gets the same quality workmanship, the same clear communication, and the same attention to detail — regardless of race or ethnicity, national or cultural background, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, or family situation.

No exceptions. No fine print.

We’re a drywall company. We’re here to do good work in your home, and who you are doesn’t factor into that. It never has.

Workplace Standards

We hold our team to the same standard we hold ourselves.

Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination — that applies on the job site, in the truck, and anywhere someone is representing Drywall Edmonton, LTD. Everyone who works with us, whether they’re a full-time crew member or a subcontractor we’ve brought in for a specific project, is expected to show up with that understanding already in place.

Hiring, training, advancement — all of it happens on merit. That’s it.

And honestly, it makes for a better team. The best people we’ve worked with over the years have come from all over. You learn pretty quickly that talent doesn’t care about any of the things discrimination does.

Respect on Every Job Site

When we’re in your home, we’re guests. Full stop.

That means treating your space with genuine care — not just the walls we’re working on, but your floors, your furniture, everything around the work area. It means talking to you like a person, not talking over your head with jargon or brushing off your questions. It means keeping the site clean and safe for everyone present.

We also ask — and we think this is fair — that our crew members are treated with the same basic respect while they’re on-site. They work hard. They’re professionals. A job goes better for everyone when it runs that way.

Accessibility and Accommodation

If you have specific needs that affect how we work in your home, tell us. We want to know. Whether it’s a scheduling issue, a mobility consideration, something related to how we communicate — we’ll do our best to find a solution that actually works for you.

Just reach out before the project starts. The earlier we know, the more we can do.

Reporting Concerns

If something happens that doesn’t sit right with you — something you experienced or witnessed involving anyone from our company — we want to hear about it.

Every concern gets taken seriously. Every report is handled confidentially. We don’t brush things off or let them drag out. If something went wrong, we want to know and we want to fix it.
